BACK TO SCHOOL DANCE - AUGUST 15th
|
|
Our back to school dance will be held on Friday August 15th. We usually try to have the dance on a Saturday, but the Saints have a home game againtst the Texans on that night. A flier will be posted on the web-site as the event nears and will also be sent home through school.

NEW MEMBER SOCIAL
|
Our new member social will be on Monday September 8th in the school cafeteria. This will be our traditional "grill your own steak night" and Texas Holdem tournament while the Monday night Football game is being played on the big screen. There are two games being played on this night:
Minnesota @ Green Bay followed by Denver @ Oakland. A flier will be sent home through school and posted on this site.

We didn't know that between STEAM and Ladies Council there were so many professional bowlers. OK...Maybe not..but everyone enjoyed themselves and once again had a great time. We'd like to thank George O'Neil and Steve Roques for organizing this event.

Zephyr's Game

So much for a 10% chance of rain on Saturday, but we were prepared. We had good food and cold drinks. The kids enjoyed themselves and got to see a great baseball game. In the end both the Zephyr's and STEAM won.

Swim Party

Every year we learn a little something new and the party gets better and better. We would like to thank Green Acres Country Club for their continued support of our new tradition.

Dear New Members and Prospective Members
|
The board members of Steam would like to invite you to the next Steam meeting to see what the organization is all about.
Steam is a fun organization of dads and men in the parish that want to lend a helping hand toward improving the school and parish.
Specifically, we hold monthly meetings where we discuss upcoming projects, fundraisers, and parties. Our meetings are a great opportunity to learn how you can help the school and parish directly.
The social after every meeting is a great way to meet other members and make new friends. The meetings/socials are a lot of fun and a great way to spend an evening away from your regular routine.
In addition to monthly meetings, we host a number of fundraisers, special projects, and parties. The organization is strictly voluntary, meaning you participate as you can and want.
Here's a sample of what we have planned for this year:
